The reception staff were incompetent and offhand. No safety boxes in the rooms but valuables can be placed in a safe box at reception. We were shocked to discover that our valuables were not in fact locked away securely. We were not given a receipt or a code/key for our valuables which could not be found for sometime when we came to retrieve them. We requested light housekeeping and change of towels and coffee products that did not happen. We asked for a quiet location but our room was extremely noisy until 5am.

The hotel is in a central location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The room and common areas were clean. The room was small and the bathroom was very small with almost no counter space. Additionally, they do not clean the room unless specifically requested. Not even taking out the trash.

I’ve stayed several times and usually reliably good. Put us in a room across from elevator, which was noisy and kept us awake. Specifically said at check in that I had to move rooms last time because of noise, yet we were assigned this room. Disappointing and may look for alternate place next stay in Phila.
