The hotel was fine but nothing memorable. I was disappointed with the parking situation since there’s no on-site parking, valet, or bell service to assist with luggage. On the positive side, their texting system was convenient and made it easy to request items like towels. Overall, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

If not for locating I wouldn’t not stay again

Our room was not ready upon arrival even though we were there 20 minutes after official check in. We had to get ready for a wedding and were sent to the bathrooms at the top floor which was absolutely ridiculous. We were would the room would be ready within the hour and we would receive a text once ready. Of course we never received the text message. When I asked again an hour later I was handed keys and was told we were upgraded which was a flat out lie. I had booked a queen sized bed and the room set guy was a full sized bed at best. Or parting ticket was also lost and after arguing that we had NOT received it back the camera footage was reviewed and the woman behind th desk realized she gave it to the wrong guest. She was very nonchalant and obviously high
