Staff was nice and helpful. Room was less than desired. The room was dirty.. old food spots, floor not cleaned, stained towels. Broken toilet seat. Beds were comfy. One good thing. It was good for an overnight stay.

Room was dirty! Microwave had smdried up food spilled over. Sheets were dirty with make up. Lipstick on door, bathroom has pee and pubic hair on seat, tub had mold. Moved me to another room and still dirty. House keeping not available after 3pm. It was HORRIBLE its more a motel fornight walkers.

Shuttle was over an hour getting me from airport and I was told he was on his way when I called 5 times before they finally answered. They didn’t know that my travel mate was in the lobby already and the shuttle was NOT on the way and a number of other things were taking place…only to have the shuttle have the engine light on and tire pressure lights on. First room we were given smelled like urine and did not have a deadlock on the door Got a new room but there was soap scum, Mold and a lot of hair in our bathroom. Not going to name anyone because I know it is hard to get help but gosh, there should be some sort of standard set and workers should have some sort of self standard/pride at the very least,

The room was in excellent condition, The problem was on the very first day we stayed in our room the tv was not working i called the front desk to see if someone can help us the lady came up to the room to check it could not fix it she offered us to go to another room which i declined . she told us to talk with a person at front desk the next day which i did he said to unplug the tv which i did but the tv did not work for 4 days me and my sister was there, I was very disappointed 😔 .

Room- Whem I checked in on Thursday, November 20th the TV didn’t work and maintenance had to come and rig it. They said they would be back to fix it but they didnt. My room floor was dirty. The bathroom was also dirty. When I lifted the toilet lid there was poop on the toilet sit and all around the inside of the toilet bowl. I called the front desk and they sent house keeping to clean it but I went downstairs to use the bathroom because it took a while for housekeeping to come. They said they would refund my $100 dollars and I still don’t have it yet in my account and it is Sunday.

All of the above, the room was dirty the doors were broken and very unsafe environment, I didn’t stay until the last day of my trip checked out on Saturday instead of Tuesday
