Philly Airport Doubletree

The hotel is older but clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. They messed up our reservation but comp'd breakfast for the stay. Would stay there again.

Loved our stay during our visit. The room was spacious and had great amenities. We loved the area for walkability to restaurants, the waterfront, and museums. The staff was excellent. We loved Steve(n), the weekday front desk person. Such a gem of a person.

The staff at the front desk were amazing! I was originally a solo trip but needed to add a traveler as someone came with me and they were able to do that right away. The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious, you didn’t hear a single plane even though the airport is right there. The beds were so comfortable. The staff in the breakfast buffet were so nice as well. I recommend this stay!

Despite being in eyes view of the airport and planes taking off, there was virtually no sound when we slept (bonus sumince we had a late night concert and early departure drive). There was no mini fridge. That would've been nice. Parking is an additional $25/day. Would recommend staying elsewhere.

Super easy (and free) airport shuttle Wish stairs were more accessible, kept getting lost in employee areas and even brought a guest to see for herself how confusing it was but elevators were fine Should have had coffee/hot water and ice water available in lobby Wish room had fridge/microwave Need longer pool hours and a hot tub

Hotel was extremely dirty. Our bathroom was very dirty and stains on the sheets. Went to get ice and the walls were busted and mold all over the place. Avoid at all costs.

My only complaint is the amount of dust that accumulated in our room. We would go to bed and wake up to all of our things covered in dust as well as every else in the room. My allergies are terrible as it is and certainly didn’t need any help from all the dust.
