I was not told of a 200.00 coincidental fee. But since we were there to visit my daughter at a Philadelphia hospital after she had open heart surgery, we had no choice. After splitting the amounts on my 2 debit cards, not too long later other amounts came off both my cards causing them to overdraw both accounts. We had to ask for a fridge and microwave as they weren't in the room and were told they were. I picked this hotel for the pool and gym but the pool never opened. No garbage liners in the garbage cans. Water was either too hot or too cold. Usually to pay that much your breakfast is free but were told there was an extra charge. If i was to stay again, I would need to be made aware of some of these things. Just wasn't very enjoyable with the reason we had this visit in Philadelphia in the first place.

The property was good, it was cold and we parked on the other side of the building and there was no door to enter, we had to walk aoubd to the front of the building. I check in and I am told there are no more King sized bed. Even though that is what I reserved. No confirmation that there was no king bed, i would have gone some place else.
