Our room was clean however the ceiling in the shower was falling apart as there was a huge hole with the plaster dripping down. There must have been a leak in the above room. We didn’t notice it until too late to switch rooms. Very gross to look at worried that something was going to drip while we showered. Also the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great.

Our only complaint is that there is just one thick blanket at Hampton Inn. The options for temperature regulation are roasting or freezing. Providing two thinner blankets would make for a more comfortable night’s sleep. Othera great stay!

Undisclosed parking fee! In a suburban area with acres of parking. Not acceptable. Very dark room with just one small window whose shade only went up halfway. Uneven heat, and somebody outside smoked pot and the smell was sucked into the room. Badly designed shower where you can’t set the temperature before going in.

The property needs to be updated and fixed up. The staff was very nice just the rooms were falling apart and damaged. Hair was in the bathtub when I first arrived and the shower was not able to be sued so he the handle fell off in my hand. The night staff was very nice and moved me to another room right away.

Warmer shower water please.

I changed my reservation to arrive a week later but Hotels.com forgot to forward that info to the hotel. William accommodated my no-show appt for a new one. The shower water didn’t get hot enough for me or my son. Warm breakfast was good for the price of the hotel.
