This hotel is a dump. The wifi only worked in the lobby. The phone in our room did not work for our entire 4 day stay (staff said yep, most of our room phones aren’t working, oh well!). The door to our room was broken and did not close all the way. The staff are unfriendly and rude. Terrible!

We booked months in advance and were promised a stadium view. Very disappointed to find we were given a ton looking at the complete opposite direction than the stadium. Staff did comp our parking for the mistake. Check in was lengthy and confusing. I was told to step up to a desk and after standing there 5 minutes was then told the other group was there first and they thought i was with the other group. It ended up being a very long wait, so long that we didn't have time to go to our room before leaving for the game. By the time we got to our room it was about 11pm and to late to try to have our room switched. Checkout and breakfast were quick and easy at 730am. Overall the place was presentable for the most part, the back elevator area was pretty beat down, but the main lobby elevators were nice. The toilet was running in our room and would make loud noise every 10-20 min to the point where my husband had to temporarily turn the water off so we could sleep. Overall not bad, could have been better

Super nice hotel! Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, very clean. Did have some very loud guests throughout the night and into the early morning with our slamming doors. Other than that, very nice and location was super close to all the sporting/concert venues. Would stay again.

The property itself was wonderful. Close enough to the city where i could go and do what i needed to but far enough to not hear city chaos. The only complaint i had was the amount of road work and some of the road conditions around the area.
