We had a very large en-suite room that was very comfortable and had everything we needed (an in room safe would have been a nice addition). We got early check-in, which was very much appreciated and we loved the included continental breakfasts. The location was very good with all major tourist sites within walking distance.

We loved our stay in this beautiful B&B. The location was perfect for exploring Philadelphia. The area is beautiful and very walkable. Our suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely continental buffet with plenty of variety. We had only one small nitpick when our television did not work, but that did not detract from our stay. We highly recommend La Reserve.

This is a lovely B&B. The staff are there until 8 pm. The furnishings are true to the character of the home. I miss the days of a full-cooked breakfast at B&Bs, but it was like a typical continental at a motel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This is a real discovery! A large room with lovely and eclectic furnishings, many conveniences and real character. It was clean, comfy, and had a remarkably complete kitchen. I would never stay anywhere else in downtown Philadelphia. The continental breakfast was above and beyond!
