You folks at Microtel Philadelphia Airport Ridley Park have made me and my wife lifetime customers whenever we come to Philly. The staff were great including the manager I believe his name was Bilal (?) friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful with all of our needs. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were clean as could be. We had a wonderful stay. See you soon. Thanks for everything.

Some of the staff was great, some of the staff seemed bothered when asked a question. Example… an extra blanket was asked for and the staff member acted annoyed. The staff members at the time were simply talking amongst themselves. Customer service was not the best, but the room was clean and the location is great.

You get what you pay for! This hotel is 2 stars at best. The breakfast was lacking, the room was dark and uncomfortable, and the staff was not extreemly friendly. I suggest you pay the extra cost and stay at the Hilton nextdoor.
