The property was dirty, from entry, hallways, elevator, and room. Bathroom floor had something spilled on it, bathroom counter was stained and not clean, bedroom floors were stained and dirty, needed to be vacuumed, one of the pillow cases were stained. There were cooky crumbs in elevator, and some other white substance in the corner -looked liked some tried to clean it, but did not do a very good job. For a "non smoking" facility, the hallways stunk of vape or other smoke. The shuttle driver was very aggressive tailgating the vehicle in front of him very excessively but worst of all, the shuttle van reeked of pot!

​DO NOT STAY HERE. During my stay, the room was in a state of decay: the carpets were filthy, there was old food (french fries) on the floor, and the furniture was heavily stained. Most alarmingly, the entire property had a persistent, foul odor that made it nearly uninhabitable. ​When I requested a room change, the second room provided was in the same disgusting condition. Staff were unhelpful and refused to discuss a refund. I witnessed other guests expressing similar concerns about the cleanliness of the building. The only positive thing i can say is the shuttle drivers were on point and we tipped them for the service..

The room wasn't cleaned refrigerator had crums in it, floor wasn't vacuummed table had hand prints microwave was rusted inside and dirty on the outside front desk wasn't helpful at all.Sheet rock and compounds buckets in the hallways on the second floor hallway. And have video of unit 226

the shuttle wasn't running because of the weather, the ceiling tiles were removed in the hallway exposing the wiring in the hallways, ceiling tile dust was everywhere, the actual room had not been vacuumed, and the coffee was very bad in the morning. the staff were excellent though!
