The room was clean and check in was an easy process. Unfortunately, the beds were uncomfortable (too hard). Though our room was non-smoking, the ventilation system must be link or the previous occupant was smoking in our room. The smell in the bathroom was putrid.

This room was gross. The smell of cigarette smoke, weed, and cat deodorizer was overwhelming. My daughter called and asked to be moved to a first level room so we could open the door and we could not be accommodated. We ended up ordering an air purifier from Target to be delivered. As bad as the room was, the young man at the front desk was very kind and helpful upon arrival and during our very short stay. We will not be back.

The staff is rude and threatened to kick me out because they do a "room check" while I'm at work and say no one is staying there when its the middle of the day during the week. The whole building smells like weed even in a non smoking room. The dryer doesnt work. The bathroom looked like someone got their hair cut in the shower with how disgusting it was.
