Timeline:

• Standard bookings → within 24 hours of reserving

• Same-day arrivals → within 1 hour

Late or incomplete verifications may result in cancellation.

Pet Cleaning Fees (per pet):

• 1–4 nights: $35/day

• 5–29 nights: $250
