The hotel is at a very convenient location. Easy to get around the city. Rooms are very clean. On the other hand， Quilt is too small for two people；the room sound insulation is not ideal；only valet parking is available

The breakfast was amazing! So many options and the breakfast team was so friendly. The view is incredible! Would stay here again in heartbeat! Our only complaint is the tiny bathroom and lack of shower curtain.

We always stay at this hotel when we are in Philly. We booked the room on the into the city and upon arrival the desk clerk informed us we had accidentally booked the wrong day. Then refused to refund the booking. We had to put out more money the book at another hotel while paying for this hotel knowing we would not even be in town. Very upsetting.

The closet space and refrigerator location was much too close to the bed. The shower was not working properly and would not stay on the fixture. The half glass shower partition looks outdated and very messy leaving water everywhere, no exhaust in bathroom. The King bed room was very small in comparison to other hotels with this accommodation. This hotel needs an update, the staff was magnificent and the breakfast was good!!

Location was good. We were able to walk everywhere. Government shutdown affected our plans. Walked to the art museum to do the Rocky thing. Beautiful walk from the hotel. Our room had just 1 chair; 2 would’ve been better. Breakfast was good.

Reserved room with king bed, was given a room with a queen bed. When I brought it to the front desk's attention, I was offered 10,000 points to just take the room. I accepted the offer. The next morning I opened the curtains and in the kitchen /dining room area there was a roach crawling on the table. I had to double check all my belongings so I didn't take any with me. I took a picture of it and showed the woman at the front desk at checkout. She apologized and apologized. I received another apology by email from housekeeping. Ok?? AND!! I didn't receive any points from them either. A free breakfast was available for us, no thanks!! VERY disgusting!!! I want my 10,0000 points and my money back..

Good location, but the property is in need of reno

The hotel enjoys a convenient location, but the facilities would benefit from renovation. While the area feels safe during the day, it is less reassuring at night. The room turned out to be smaller than expected from the photos, and the furniture shows considerable wear.
