I drove 9 hours arrived at 11:30 pm after a long trip. I was very dissatisfied with my stay. I paid extra money for a sofa bed for me to not be able to utilize, the bed was filthy. The room was not cleaned at all. The floor was dirty there was someone undergarments on the restroom floor and the toilet did not flush. I would not recommend for anyone or a family I was so uncomfortable.

It was my first time reservation with Hotels.com for a family trip. I reserved room, got confirmation about my reservation from Hotels.com. We arrived in the evening to the reserved hotel and got a response from the receptionist that hotel doesn’t have my reservation and hotel fully booked.It was 9pm and we had our kid with us. I was shocked .We had to do our own search, call different hotels and found one in another town. Receptionist tried to help us and call nearby hotels but every hotel was booked. And I was not the only one who reserved though Hotels.com and the receptionist told that he doesn’t have their reservation too! Horrible service at Hotels.com!!!

The room was generally OK but could have been cleaner especially the bathroom floor & around the baseboards. It needs refurbishing. The coffee pot had old dirty filters left in it. There just has to be more attention to detail. The breakfast was not on par with other hotels we've stayed at. It took awhile to get food & utensils replenished. And there were no pastries available if that's all you wanted with a cup of coffee. Coffee could be stronger too. The outside areas were well kept and pretty.

I reserved a room for people with physical disabilities well in advance, and the room assigned to me (hours after my arrival) didn't match the reservation. There was no room to move around with the wheelchair. We were crammed into the room for six days and very uncomfortable.
