False Advertising

Overall the property was not dirty - however there were ants all over the kitchen and ant traps all over the bathroom. The property itself is located in a less than desirable neighborhood - on our first night there we saw a man walking with a very large knife less than a block from the property. Our first morning we were getting showers and ready to head out for the day and the sewer backed up into the kitchen sink and left fecal matter and toilet paper in the sink. The listing advertised parking available - I inquired with the property manager about where the parking was located and they confirmed directly in front of the house. When we arrived there was an abandoned looking vehicle and car trailer out front which did not allow parking for us - we had to park around the corner for our stay. The property manager did get back to me very promptly, but became very defensive and rude when I mentioned about the sewer backing up in the sink and the ants. Overall I do not recommend staying at this property.
