This was one of my few times visiting Philadelphia for a trip with my partner for our anniversary and to see a concert. We were conveniently located 10 minutes from Redding Terminal Market, where we were able to grab grub for our trip multiple times. There were many other great options for both casual and fine dining within 20 minute walking distance. One of the best aspects of this trip was how amazing the front desk and bellhop staff at this hotel were. They allowed us to have a late checkout from our room, free of charge, until 3pm due to an extreme delay to our flight home due to weather. This saved our trip, both emotionally and mentally, to be able to have a place to enjoy the delay. We would definitely book again!

Our experience was average at best. Staff were friendly, however hot water took 3 min + to run, room service was not performed even by by 5.30 pm, the room door was partially broken and air conditioning was very noisy

Everything was great with the exception of one waitress who refused to take a room service order tours the end of his shift and when I went in person to get food was rude and disrespectful. He finished contaminating the food I took… :(. My kids were hungry… how hard is that to understand for a waitress??? Everyone else was incredible friendly and truly looking to help and serve… I was there during the club World Cup
