Staff were very friendly! Rooms a bit basic but clean and comfortable. Chinatown location meant that it was a bit noisy but there were great dining options and the area is very walkable.

This property should not be listed until it is cleaned. The place has an odor, the floors, glass features, carpets and elevator are filthy. The photos on the Expedia website is not a true representation of this property and Epedia should take a look at the properties before listing them. I had to stay as I was in town to support my daughter who was having lifesaving surgery at Temple Univ. Hospital and mu deposit was un-refundable. I was charged $35.00 a night, but the Expedia website shows the parking at $25.00 a night. When I spoke with the hotel attendant, I was told the parking lot is independent of the hotel, but the website and the parking lot sign implies that it is a part of the hotel.

Property was filthy floor to ceiling covered in stains and dirty in the lobby to the breakfast erea to the stairs to the bedrooms. I think the only thing that was clean was the elevator. My first room had baby cockroaches in the bathroom, thankfully no bedbugs, the receptionist who checked me in was incredibly rude to me, they didnt inform me of the deposite, nor did they tell me if i wasnt 21 i had to have a parent id, when i called the night prior to ask no mention of a parent idea was said, which made my check in process miserable after spending the whole day traveling. Every surface in that hotel has stains and weird coloring. The only plus is that the beds were comfortable snd there was hot water

This particular property was not good. It was very overpriced for what it is. The desk staff was not helpful and seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered if you had any questions. The location felt unsafe.

Property was externally very nice, albeit tucked in amongst a bunch of Asian restaurants. All staff were very nice. Room was OK, clean but not well laid out; if you sat in the chair you blocked access to the other half of the room. Breakfast was no good. There was no prepared coffee, just a pot of cold water and a half-full bottle of instant coffee. There was bread available wrapped in plastic, but most of it had mold spots under the plastic.

This was a functional hotel; you get exactly what you pay for by paying cheap here. Check in was horrendous; only one person working the entire place, took forever, required a $200 security deposit ON TOP OF the hotel cost (never heard of this before for a hotel in my life). Rooms felt less than fully clean although beds were comfortable. We opted not to go for the hotel breakfast, although i guess that’s a bonus. RTM is just a couple blocks down though. Overall did the job but would pay a few bucks more for a better experience.
