Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full access to the entire apartment, ensuring complete privacy throughout their stay. The space is exclusively yours, including the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living areas. For added convenience, self check-in is available with a secure lock system, allowing you to arrive at your own pace without coordinating schedules. Whether staying for business or leisure, you’ll feel right at home with hassle-free access.



NOTE: On weekends, check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 midnight only, as front desk staff are not on-site past midnight.

To ensure everyone’s safety and comply with legal and property requirements, we may ask you to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification portal, and in some cases, undergo a background check.



Rest assured, this information is used only for screening and verification and is not stored or used for any other purpose.



All guests will also be asked to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of your stay. By booking, you agree to:

• Follow our rental terms and conditions.

• Provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.

• Complete a background check if required by the property management or owner.

• Understand that check-in instructions will be shared after successful verification.



Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We may cancel reservations that do not meet verification requirements.



Pets:

Pets are welcome depending on size. Please let us know in advance and be upfront to avoid cancellation. Additional pet cleaning fees apply:

• 1–4 nights: $25 per night

• 5–29 nights: $200

• 30+ nights: $300



Other Notes:

• Security cameras are in hallways; a noise device monitors noise levels in the unit.

• The pool is closed during winter and will reopen next summer. Thank you for your understanding.
