The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and the lobby is huge! Only drawback, no bacon for breakfast, but a wonderful weekend!

The cleanliness was good ...I Did ask to stay down the other end the hotel def looked and appeared empty but I was told there was no available room at the end ..I dont take the elevator so it was alittle upsetting that although it was on a lower floor I had to walk all the way at the other end of the hall with a bad leg. But the check in was fast and the front desk person was very friendly with the acception of the room not being so close as I needed she was curtious ...and did try to accommodate a lower floor

One elevator was completely out of use. The other was on the fritz and telling people it was over the weight limit and stopping on random floors forcing people to get off. An example was 5 Adults on the elevator. One I know for sure weighs 130lbs and there was no way the other 4 weighed at least 500 each. My family of 4 was 500lbs total and we set it off. The worst was watching people step off of the elevator feeling shamed like they were the ones that set it over.
