Staff was very rude. Rooms don't get cleaned. You have to go to the desk for clean towels, wash cloths and trash bags. Room had a funny smell. Pool was not working and apparently has not been for some time. Bed was comfortable but pillows felt like they came from the $1 Store.

I did not like the condition of the room. There was would chucks out near the refrigerator. The stool was damaged. I heard rattling under the bed. There were holes in the carpet. There was one soap bar for just one guest. I did receive the same room as shown on the picture. When I check in I was not aware of a holding fee. I was not satisfied with my experience. When I called in to see if I was in the system. The front desk did not verify my name. I was very disappointed with my experience.

There were no USB charging ports except at the office desk by the “kitchen” area. Even the bedside electric outlets were behind the heavy beside tables.

We travel a lot and this is by far the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was not cleaned, bugs in the pull out couch, and a used cat little box in the hallway.

I stay here quite a bit as it's near my sister's house. But I have to say, this stay I was disappointed. We found blood on the curtains, the room smelled musty and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I stayed across the hall during my last visit and that room was totally fine. We did report to the desk, but nothing was done about it. It won't stop me from returning, but just disappointed overall.

The room was spacious, with a separate sitting area that made it feel more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave, which came in handy during my stay. the walls are a bit thin, I could hear some noise from the hallway. Nothing major, but worth mentioning if you’re a light sleeper. The location is convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and just off the highway. I’d recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Would definitely stay again!
