Discover this fabulous 2-bedroom farmhouse gem in Philpot. This lovely property features a cozy king bed and a fun bunk bed for a good night's sleep. With a charming living room and a comfy futon, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The farmhouse offers heating and AC for ultimate comfort. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Great for holidays, the garage is able to accommodate a very large group for Thanksgiving or Christmas. Could even be used for showers and birthdays. With the Summit Golf Course and the Pearl Club close by for golfing enthusiasts. It is a short drive to Owensboro and all the amenities and things to do there. Kitchen is equipped with coffeemaker, air fryer, microwave, all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, glasses and coffee pods for coffeemaker. Bring your fishing pole for some catch and release fishing. During summer months, the pond has a dock and ladder for swimming. o lifeguard, swim at your own risk. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle, whether it is a family vacation, golfing trip, or a romantic weekend getaway, there is something for everyone.
