Dear Kelju, Greeting From Asia Tune Hotel, On behalf of Hotel Management and Staff I would like to say thank you for your stayed with our hotel, I am so sorry about your concern about payment. all the payment we process by bank follow credit card and confirm by account department so we never double charge from guest, but I will double check on this case. for owner are Cambodian but by our hotel base in the best Zone a lot of guest stayed with my hotel that include Chinese.
