Check it out! We have a fantastic 2 bed 2.5 bath townhome in central Mesa. Close to everything! The unit is located in a small private community with dedicated 2 car garage and a yard with built in BBQ. Enjoy the great weather while hanging out on the patio and grilling a steak.
Inside new cabinets and carpet was installed last year, washer and dryer in the unit. It has 2 living areas, the main area downstairs and a loft area with a queen sleeper couch on the second floor.

2 King beds in the middle of Mesa

The property was just as advertised - clean and comfortable. Easy check in. Private backyard with grill and table. Convenient laundry by the bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen which we used a lot. Ideal for 2 couples. Would definitely rent again.

Mesa getaway

This was our first visit to Mesa. We were meeting up with multiple friends in the greater Phoenix area. The townhome was clean, no surprises, spacious enough for a party of four if needed. Nice kitchen, bbq, kuerig and everything else required for your stay. The home is in a great location, east access to the interstate and a quiet neighborhood. The owner/manager communicated well and were open to any improvements we might come up with to make others have even a better stay. We look forward to coming back again next year, Great property and value. Thanks!!

Wonderful home

Our time spent here was wonderful. Had a small issue with a tv and it was resolved quickly. Will definitely try to stay here when we return to Mesa.
