The hotel, its location, and the amenities were top notch. Could not be beat! I am loving the AC Hotel line. However, I think this particular hotel needs to hire more staff for overnight and breakfast services- especially during busy times. The staff they had on were AMAZING (can not emphasize this enough) but it was hard to watch them be overburdened while trying to take the very best care of their guests.
