The room smelled like strong weed. They let us change rooms which was nice but kinda ridiculous that it even happened. The lifeguards were rude to the kids. They were lazy and didn’t want to open a water slide. There was a very slight breeze and they said this if the wind picks up the kids could get stuck in the tube slide. They eventually opened the slide implying it was now safe and then told the kids that if they get in and then wind blows they could get stuck in the tube. My kids didn’t want to get stuck so they decided not to go in it The life guard scolded my 9 year old son and said, “we opened the slide just for you and you’re not going to go down it!” Also, the waitress at the pool charged an entire ticket on my credit card that was not mine. When I called to get it sorted out, I was sent to voice mail. One person called me back and said he’d work it out and email me and I never heard from him again. I called back and the never actually made it right and I got no apology. I was able to get reimbursed by the person thru Zelle. For the price and beauty of this property, I had much higher expectations. Give your business to the Fairmont Princess if you’re going to Scottsdale!
