Everybody was was amazing. There was an older gentleman with a southern accent that helped us put air in our tire on our rental car that was flat this morning. We had asked a Cuban gentleman that worked for maintenance before that, and he blew us off and said they don’t do things like that so I really want to acknowledge the older gentleman that went above and beyond.

It's a beautiful resort. The rooms were nice and clean. I liked the communication available by text message. I feel the prices at the snack bar were very high. The snacks that are left in the room should be an option up front to decide if we want them in the room. The elevators did not come down after waiting about 15 minutes. We had to carry our luggage up to the 5th floor with 2 toddlers. That was a challenge but we made it The elevator issue was only on Friday. They seemed to work fine on Sat.

They should do a better job on the map of the property they provide to their guests. It is very "general" and unless you are very familiar with the property a little confusing. They should have a detailed map of each group of rooms. Walt Disney World is 100 times larger; but they have detailed maps of each section of rooms (at least online).

Seevice was better than expected. They provide transportation via golf cart from your suite to their Waterpark which is wonderful. Parking for the suite was horrible because it was almost non existent, had to park far away from our suite. Besides that I would definitely recommend this resort for a great family getaway.
