EVENTS OR LARGE GATHERINGS
Only allowed if truthfully disclosed prior to booking and the event fee is paid before arrival to help cover extra house supplies, wear and tear and damage insurance. Fee is based on the size and type of event. Tell us details so we can let you know what the fee is.

ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE
