This 2 bed 2 bath + office home (sleeps 4 + full size sofa bed). Is located in the beautiful PebbleCreek golfing community. You'll have access to all the amenities and activities PebbleCreek is known for. Golf cart will be provided. Tenants will be able to enjoy golf courses, club house, theater, restaurants, tennis, pickle-ball, gyms, outdoor and indoor pools, concerts and so much more. The clubhouse patio overlooks the golf course which is ideal for having a relaxing evening with dinner and drinks. Pebblecreek is a gated community for tenants 40+ years of age. This home is centrally located with restaurants, shopping and big box stores all within minutes away. Several local hospital and clinics are located in Goodyear along with the surrounding area.

The home is fully stocked with kitchen appliances from stainless steal gas stove down to hand mixers and NutriBullets for your convenience . We've thought of the important details so you don't have to! The plan is to make sure you feel right at home- even when you're away from yours. If there anything we've missed please feel free to let us know and we'll accommodate.

15 mintues to MLB Spring Training camps.

1 dog under 20 pounds is permitted.

The home will also include all utilities, internet and smart TV's.

Weekly house cleaning is available upon request.

Great location in PebbleCreek

Unfortunately, we stayed during the hottest summer in Phoenix, but the house was clean and had all that we needed. People generally were friendly in PebbleCreek, and the location was close to stores, restaurants and I-10 for everything else.

Comfy Cottage

Su comfortably furnished and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was like never leaving the comfort of home. Great location in a gated community full of pleasant people. We could not have found a better place in West Phoenix. We would definitely stay there again!!

Clean and Comfortable in Pebble Creek

This property is portrayed accurately in the listing and the accompanying pictures and is nicely decorated. It was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and furniture. Closets contained several extra pillows and blankets; there are extra sets of sheets for all the beds also. The check-in process was hands-free and easy. On arrival we found a very nice tray of snacks and goodies in the kitchen (granola, granola bars, microwave popcorn, bottled water, and the like). The bathrooms were well stocked with the necessities, the towels were new, fluffy and absorbent. The Master Bath included a basket that included sunscreen, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, extra toothbrushes - another nice touch. The appliances in the kitchen are newer, clean and all function properly. There is a full-sized washer and dryer and a two car garage. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries before the rental period and checked in on us via text a few days after our arrival to see if all was well. Renters have access to all the amenities at Pebble Creek which was one of our main reasons for selecting this property. The Pebble Creek community is well cared for with tons to do. We'd recommend this property for your stay in Goodyear.
