Staff was very friendly, professional. The free breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. Room was clean and comfortable. No towels in the swim area- I guess their washer broke and they had to take the towels somewhere else to wash them. Understandable but I wish they let us know so we could bring our towels down from the room with us and use them more carefully. Also my room didn’t seem to get cool enough at night- I think there was a problem with the thermostat- but I didn’t realize it until the last night I was there and the temps got much warmer.

Had a loud squeaky running toilet and couldn’t get it repaired or moved to another room. You could hear it down the hallways. Asked for som compensation and they credited me 50 bucks on a 800.00 stay. Very disappointing.
