Wi-fi was sooo bad! Dropped my 1hr teams meeting 5 times. Front desk said they’d had many complaints. For me to fix it, I should call the Internet provider?? I couldn’t finish my work or school presentations. Direct tv kept cutting out. White crusty spray all over the curtains that looked suspiciously like body fluids. AC - don’t think it’s been cleaned since install! The grey dusty thick coating was nasty. I would definitely recommend they invest in vacuum cleaners as there was dust and grass still in the room at my checkin on the floors by the bed.

We stay for 3 nights and it was very noisy. We got cold the 1st night even though we adjusted the room temperature so we asked for an extra blanket but they said they were behind with their laundry so they were not able to accommodate. Our room was on the first floor right next to their staff office and it was super loud specially during the morning.

I wish Theyed stop in daily and give clean towels. The bedding / Sheets kept coming off bed. And to charge garbage. We stayed four nights there and had to take our garbage out daily ourselves. There’s no hot tub, that would have been nice.

Enjoyable

We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western while we were in Arizona. The only thing that upset us was we never had any room service when we had requested it. We had to get more towels as we had used ours at the pool and then no one came the next morning. So, we had to get more towels for our bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! We did enjoy the pool- although it was cold. And the gym was nice minus no remote control for the TVs.
