My wife got sick and even though it was a no refund situation I had expedia reach out to see if we could change dates.i would understand if they refused. However they wouldn't even respond to expedias email, (no one answered the phone. Never booking a room at this hotel or subsidiaries of this chain. No communication whatsoever. Very bad experience all around.

Just the lights didn’t work in my first room then switched rooms and in the second room there were no towels. When trying to check out there was no staff to be found a group of people waited over 10 minutes to check out I finally just left. Poor service
