The entire hotel is lacking. We chose this hotel for to location and because they had a jacuzzi, however the jacuzzi was cold, the room smelled, and there was mold in the shower. We would not stay again.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds. On arrival we were given a bed with 1 king. We asked and they said they changed it because all other rooms were sold out, and we could cancel our reservation if we wanted. This was late at night when other hotels were probably sold out as well. The hot tube was not working.

Got charged 4 times for my three nights, they said it would take a week to refund me! Their point of sale credit process system is flawed. I was so angry they put a hold of $1,200 on my debit card- I cancelled my reservation

I would rate this hotel as average at best. We found a broken towel rack in the bathroom. Our key wouldn't work, because the door battery was low (according to a staff member). The staff was fine. The food was moderately good. Would like better, healthier choices. The wall texturing looked unfinished in the bathroom. In the hallway, there was a hole in the wall where an electrical outlet had been replaced.
