While I appreciated the staff at check in, and the ease of catching the shuttle, I was less than happy with my room. It felt musty, the heat/cool system was noisy. Also, our room had a lot of outside noise. We hardly slept. There wasn't any water for purchase in the little store, and it wasn't refilled in the pitchers in the lobby. We were very thirsty when we left there.

Comfy bed, quiet - I’m a frequent business traveler and find that the “nicest” of hotels don’t always deliver on comfort and/or a quiet sleep. Crowne Plaza Phoenix delivered, and it was nice to bring my small dog this trip as part of our wider family vacation to AZ. Would recommend.

I booked this hotel on a 3rd party site because the reviews were great. I was not impressed. The biggest positive was the front desk staff. Very welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood was decent but even the front desk agent told me to be cautious at night since it was just myself and daughter. It was a good location for a concert at Mortgage Matchup, a free train ride that stops right outside the hotel. Sadly, the hotel itself was disappointingly dirty, dark, dingy. Hair all over the bathroom which was definitely not mine. Dusty, old furniture. Poor lighting in the halls. Dishes sat near the ice machine for two days and were starting to smell. I would not stay here again. The only redeeming factor is the kind front desk agent.

The bathtub in the room was gross. Did not want to use the shower. I did take a picture. We got in around 1:30am so I didn’t say anything.
The shower was extremely dirty. We did not use it. If this is not dirt that can be cleaned, then this showed be fixed/replaced.
