Welcome to your vacation home that has been beautifully renovated to create a new hospitality destination within the heart of vibrant and colorful Scottsdale. The open floor plan of this home provides one large entertaining area in the center of the house that flows the dining room, kitchen, and living area.

The kitchen has a free-standing kitchen island with four barstools, giving you plenty of counter space to prepare a home-cooked meal. You'll find new appliances throughout the kitchen including the basic necessities and utensils alongside a Samsung double-door refrigerator and Keurig Dual Brewer to jumpstart your morning.

Our home offers a private in-home theatre for movie night! Pop popcorn and kick back in the reclining theatre chairs with immersive sound from our Sonos system with wall-mounted speakers.

Step into the beautiful backyard that features a state-of-the-art pool and hot tub. You'll also find a private guest house in the backyard and a game room in the garage featuring a pool table & shuffle board.

Our home is centrally located in north Scottsdale, just a few miles from the Kierland area which boasts amazing shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

Bedrooms:
Three bedrooms are located on the house's west side, with a master ensuite and another full bathroom down the hall. The hallway bathroom offers a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #1 - King, master with ensuite. Newly renovated bedroom including a twin-over-twin trundle daybed and a massive walk-in closet with sliding bar-style doors.
Master Bathroom: Dual shower heads with soaking tub in this complete relaxation station. His and her sinks and full-length mirror. Linen closet for storage.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with a private closet for storage and a wall-mounted Insignia Smart TV. Access to a shared full bathroom in the hallway.
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with a private closet for storage and a wall-mounted Insignia Smart TV. Access to a shared full bathroom in the hallway.
Located on the east side of the house is one additional bedroom and the private in-home theatre.
Bedroom 4 - Two Full beds. Wall-mounted Smart TV.
Casita:
Bedroom 5 - King suite in a private casita in the backyard of the main house. Full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Additional Beds: Two rollaways and linens supplied in the master bedroom.

Pool heat is an additional $100 a night and applies to the length of stay.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.
