Other Things to Note:
Pool and Spa Heating:
The spa will be heated as part of your reservation. Pool heating is optional and available for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. To ensure the pool is heated upon your arrival, please request and pay for pool heating at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

Party and Event Policy:
We have a strict ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale strictly enforces noise ordinances, which can result in fines and the removal of our listing from various platforms.

Security and Monitoring:
For your safety and security, the property is equipped with a front-facing security camera and two side access cameras to monitor vendor access, real occupancy, and emergency situations.

Additionally, the property features a Minut noise alert monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. This system does not record actual sounds or conversations but monitors noise levels (measured in decibels).

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
