I would definitely stay at the Element again. The ambiance in the hotel was awesome. The room was great. Only thing I would recommend and it's a women thing. To add a full-length mirror somewhere in the room or bathroom. The bed was too soft for my liking was good for my back. Great location.

Such a great stay. We ended up having to leave our previously planned hotel due to safety reason and booked this one very last minute (about 5 minutes notice). The staff was fantastic, we felt very safe, and had a great stay.

We walked into a hotel room that hadn’t been clean for the prior guest. Went to the front desk they seemed not to care didn’t even apologize for the matter. Just mumbled under the it breath and gave a different room key. Extremely disappointing service

Every single thing about this hotel was phenomenal. I didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was spotless.
