Broken elevator Broken pool games No liquor in pool bar and only 1 bar open Not convenient to Old Town Shuttle wouldn't take us to town, as offered. Older property, well kept, heart room spelled, it's musty, and the air conditioning unit was noisy. Breakfast, it was great in the staff took great care of us.

The rooms are great. The hotel looks very old, outdated and dingy. No jacuzzi in the first main hotel building. Our elevator closest to our room was out of service. The hotel needs a MUCH BETTER BAR, bartenders that actually know how to make drinks, better food/restaurants. Not good for hotel guests to say the least! we had to order pizza for delivery and make our own drinks in our room. Awful awful awful

The bathroom floor was dirty. My wife spent 15 minutes wiping it clean. We stayed near the front of the hotel and there was the normal traffic noise, but the real annoying noise came from the portico and the loud music being played out there or in the lobby. That music should shut down by 8:30 in the evening.
