Great time will rebook

Check in was easy room look just the way it was in the photos clean environment. They offer a $15 credit per day that you can use at the bar or the restaurant which was awesome. Used it for breakfast. The next day got two coffees and some potatoes for $17. They do require a $35 parking fee or 45 for valet and then $120 on hold for incidentals.

The hotel is unique with a very artsy vibe. You also get 2 free tickets to the art museum with your reservation. The pool is amazing and was much needed with the high out door temperature. There is a heavy homeless population throughout the city (not just near this location). As a female traveling alone I didn't really feel comfortable walking the city once it got dark. I walked from this location to the Phoenix Convention Center daily during my stay and felt very comfortable during the day time. Love the hotel overall.

Overall the hotel was good. I stayed in room 813, a suite with a balcony. The furniture in the sitting room area was pretty worn and there was a stain on the ottoman. I also noticed various stains on the curtains in the room as well. The shower mats were very worn as well, with large strings hanging off of them. The bed however, was very comfortable and I really enjoyed the shower! The pool was okay. There were always plenty of towels. I thought with it being Memorial Day weekend, you would be able to order drinks out at the pool however, you had to go into the restaurant to do that. Room credits were not applied to hotel purchases.

Overall we love the property. Since we first started stating a couple of years ago costs have been trickling up. The resort fee is a bit much considering the only “resort” area is just a standard pool & the parking fees for a limited no guarantee parking spot is a bit unnecessary. I’d rather be paying $160-$180 a night rather than a low room price but have $50 added with fees. We have very loud upstairs neighbors and there were no attempts to quiet them in the late night or early early morning of our stay.
