Enjoyed the pool. They do not allow you to bring alcohol inside, even to your room. It was a little farther and difficult to walk downtown than expected. Overall, the price fit for what we got!

The room was not clean, the shower was dirty, there were crumbs all over the floor, there was hair all over the bed that was not ours. I stayed before and was blown away by how nice, this time I was highly disappointed. Especially what they charge for incidentals (120$) plus you have to pay 35 per 24 hours of parking.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Hype My wife and I booked a stay at FoundRe Phoenix hoping for a peaceful getaway, but unfortunately, our experience was anything but relaxing. From the moment we arrived, things just kept going downhill. There was constant noise throughout the night—people screaming in the hallways, doors slamming nonstop, and absolutely no sense of peace or privacy. We tried to order room service, but no one ever answered the phone. I ended up having to go downstairs to place the order myself, which defeated the purpose of having in-room service in the first place. I ordered the shrimp ceviche and a pepperoni pizza—the ceviche was bland, underseasoned, and tasted undercooked. To make matters worse, parking was a nightmare. The hotel charges $35 per day for parking, which felt excessive, so I had to park five blocks away just to avoid the fee. We originally booked this stay to unwind and reset, but due to all the issues we encountered, we ended up checking out in less than 9 hours. This was our first and definitely our last time staying at FoundRe. For the price and the reputation, we expected much better.

Great Hotel, 3rd party parking sucks!!!

Stay was wonderful! Would caution that you pay for third party parking. We paid for 24 hour parking ($32) when we checked in on 7/10 at 3pm. We checked out at 10am on 7/11 to walk out to our car and find a parking violation that was put on our window at 3am 7/11. Went back in to speak to front desk showed him the violation and a copy of my paid parking receipt. He said this happens often and said not to worry. Great hotel, staff and service! Third party parking company sucks!!!
