Dog friendly NOT cat friendly

Beautiful hotel. It was clean and the condition seemed brand new. Hotels.com needs to distinguish between pet friendly and just dog friendly. I booked and paid for the room with the pet friendly gesture only to realize the hotel site was restricted to dogs only. There should be a way to filter these specifics.

The hotel is nice. Nice pool and bar in the lobby. The room was great. Had a fridge and microwave and nice size tv to enjoy. We stayed 3 nights and never got house keeping. Idk if that’s on us to request but we certainly made it known we wanted it daily. Front desk experience was terrible because I was incorrectly charged and they couldn’t find out why. They additional held a deposit but couldn’t find my card on file to ensure I received my deposit back. I’m assuming that’s cause of some ancient system being used but it wasn’t comforting knowing that nobody could trace my charges.

Excellent vibes. The lobby/ bar area is gorgeous and has excellent decor and seating options. The breakfast is superb and offers lots of high quality options. The room is nice and high quality. When something did not work in the room the customer service was excellent and they moved us rooms right away. We would return again!!

Outdated and overpriced

Hotel is outdated, website was inaccurate in regards to available amenities. Pool was small and uninviting, yet advertised larger and cleaner. Bed was uncomfortable with pillows much too big to sleep comfortably. Won't stay here again.
