Welcome to the Family Fun Escape, a charming oasis in Peoria, AZ. Find tranquility in the perfect getaway for you and your friends and family in this relaxing home that boasts a spacious backyard with a pool, hot tub, and a grill for barbecuing. Challenge your loved ones to friendly competitions in the game room, equipped with shuffleboard, ping pong, and foosball tables. 3.9 miles to Peoria Sports Complex for baseball tournaments. Mariners/Padres spring training. 4 mi to P83 dining/shopping.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and an airy atmosphere throughout the space. Marvel at the comfortable and contemporary décor that helps make you feel right at home. Rest on the plush furniture, curl up with a good book in the sun, or stream your favorite shows on the large TV to relax. Serve your loved ones home-cooked meals at the formal dining table, lovingly prepared in the sophisticated kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, floating island breakfast bar, and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. If you need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is available for remote work.

Five bedrooms and an office with a sofa bed ensure that everyone will get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom, boasting luxurious en suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Each bedroom boasts a comfortable bed and a TV for private viewing. Kids will love hosting sleepovers in the bunk beds, helping them make memories they'll cherish for a lifetime.

THINGS TO KNOW: The pool is unheated and guests dont have acccess to turn the fountain on.

BBQ provided - owner does not provide propane.

the house was beautiful inside. the beds were all comfy, although we did need to use all of throws for blankets on the beds as there were none on the beds. the kitchen was beautiful! the ice machine wasn't working, so be sure to buy some ice! downstairs there was a game room with tabletop shuffle board and pingpong! super fun! the host was really great! she communicated with us through our whole stay. there was a problem with hot tub that could not be resolved, so she issued a refund for the inconvenience. overall, it was a great property and I would stay there again!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Well appointed and roomy. All of the rooms were amazing, beds were super comfortable. The game room equipment could use some repairs but was okay for kids.The reason for 1 star was the pool.

Multi generation family trip

Stayed here July 2025. Grandma, mom and school age kids loved the roomy house, yard, and Pool. Location convenient to stores. Would stay here again.
