Fabulous koti Coldwater Spings Golfkenttä! 5 makuuhuonetta + 2 kylpyhuonetta. Yksityinen allas. Upea PRIVATE takapihalla sitruspuut, upea grillattu ja nauttia uima-altaasta. OPEN floorplan -konsepti, joka viihdyttää ystäviäsi tai perhettäsi. Erittäin päivitettävä koti, täysin kalustettu keittiö, täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, 2 auton autotalli ja tilaa golfkärryille tai moottoripyörälle. Täysin kalustettu 1500 + lankaa laskee liinavaatteet kaikissa makuuhuoneissa. Vain muutaman minuutin päässä kaupoista ja moottoriteiltä.

We had a great stay. Everything was very clean, plenty of room for all of us. We brought an air mattress for the 11th person, although he could have slept on the couch. Plenty of room in the living room to set it up! Would rent again!!

Perfect house for our weekend trip!

House was well maintained and clean. It had everything we needed for our family. Pool was the perfect pass time in the hot Arizona sun. Easy check in and check out. Beds were comfortable. Great neighborhood.

Nice place overall , pool was nice , house is just like it shows. Area is nice , it’s west of Phoenix , but we golfed all over , it’s easy to get on interstate and get around. Would stay here again . Could use an umbrella on back deck when hanging out around the pool. It gets pretty hot back there.

Great family house and heated pool!

We stayed here mid-February, and the house and heated pool were great. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and not a far drive back into Phoenix. I would recommend this house for anyone looking for moderate to large size house with a great pool and backyard.

Our Go To House When Traveling With Dogs and Going to See The DODGERS!!!

Great House, Great Location. Dog Friendly with a Doggie Door!! House is comfortable, and back yard is beautiful. The home needs all new area rugs but besides for that a 5⭐️in our books!!

Comfortable and enjoyable

Just stayed a week at this beautiful home! The check in and process was simple and easy! We came to visit our Son who is currently attending school in the area. We packed up the whole family including our 2 dogs and drove 9hrs. When we all arrived we were pleasantly surprised with this beautiful home. We all picked our rooms and settled in for a week sitting by the pool resort style. Especially since there is not much you can do in the current temperature. Lol I had read a review prior to our arrival and had a couple of questions. Reached out and got my answers. The retractable awning that is In the advisement picture is no longer there. So take a shade tent is very much advisable. We have one so packed that with us. The waterfall was not working/on at the time but I was informed via vrbo message that a repair and pool cleaning service was coming. They fixed the pool vacuum and turned on the waterfall. That made the pool even more enjoyable. There is nice mature foliage around the pool so while the back patio got sunshine in the afternoon there was nice shade to enjoy in the pool! The beds were comfortable too! The middle room off the kitchen is pretty soft though compared to the other rooms. The bathroom in the hallway could use a new shower head. Seems to be stuck on a pulse type setting. But that was not a big deal. The little black towels can be found with other towels in the closets of every room. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the large back yard. We all enjoyed and will book again

Beautiful Avondale

This was such a spacious and beautiful family friendly home! We visited from So California and found this home so accommodating for our family. The pool was wonderful and all supplies needed were on hand. Home management responds quickly and were available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this rental!

Location is perfect!

We stayed Fathers Day weekend. We went to Chase field which was only 20-25 minutes away. Home was extremely clean. Check in was super easy. I did have to ask the host a question 3 times before they answered back. The description of the house stated a sun shade outside. It was not available. That was one reason I choose the house so when I BBQ there would be shade. And the waterfall in the pool wasn't hooked up. I think the pool needs a new suction cuz the pool was dirty even tho we swept the top of the pool constantly. But all that is ok. Because we had a great time in a beautiful home. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We would definitely rent this home again

The house and the location were great, but the pictures from the online listing did not match the property, and there was some leftover trash from prior occupants. I understand that this residence is not a hotel and there are some amenities that are out of scope, but when there is a cleaning fee that each occupant pays I would assume that the home that is being rented is clean and free of animal feces in the yard, food in and on the furniture, and furniture is cleaned. Some of the things that stood out when my family and I first walked the property were: * Dried food on the carpet * Broken ground lights in the backyard * Dog poop in the yard * The house smelled like slight marijuana * Crack inside the refrigerator on the bottom * Master bedroom deadbolt lock did not work. The lock knob just spun without engaging the lock * Pool cushions needed a deep cleaning or replacing. You could see oil marks from tanning oil on them * Furniture needs some touch up paint * Camera on the patio that was not disclosed * The listing pictures show a retractable awning that covers a portion of the pool and patio, but no awning was present.

Great for our group

Check in/check out was seamless. We loved the pool, it was nicely heated and very clean. There were many touches that really made a difference: shampoo & conditioner, good spice selection. The yard was gorgeous, we enjoyed some fresh lemons and oranges off the trees in the backyard. We won’t hesitate to stay here the next time we’re in Phoenix!
