This Stunning home has 5 bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs. Including large master bedroom, bathroom and huge walk-in closet. There is also a balcony off the master with tv.. The other bedroom is on the main level.All new appliances in the kitchen. Great living room with big tv. Walk out patio doors to the outside pool patio paradise. Lg Table and chairs, seating area, lounge chairs and chairs around a fire pit. There is also a bbq grill .The pool can be heated ( for a extra cost). The pool is relaxing it has stairs and a ledge for seating It’approximately 9-10 ft deep at one end. This beautiful home is close to many entertainment venues. NASCAR track (PIR), Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indian‘s spring training, and many other spring training team’s including the Chicago White Sox. Also about 20 minutes from State Farm Stadium .we’re our Arizona Cardinals play. Many restaurants and stores to choose from.
