Old Town Scottsdale Condo - 3BR, 2BA autotalli

Kaunis 3 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto etelään Scottsdale. Tämä huoneisto sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa hiljaisella, porteilla, jossa on 60 yksikköä. Yksikkö sisältää myös yhden auton autotalli.

Yksikössä on kaksi erillistä parveketta, joista toisessa on uima-allas / hottub. Olet vain muutaman askeleen päässä BBQ-grillistä.

Hotelli sijaitsee kävelyetäisyydellä kaikista parhaista, mitä Scottsdale tarjoaa. mukaan lukien fantastiset ostosmahdollisuudet, ravintolat ja Scottsdale-baseball-stadion.

Quiet Condo With All the Comforts of Home

Was on a work trip here in Scottsdale and the condo was located close to my work at Fashion Square Mall. Full size kitchen, full size laundry, garage, and large master made me feel like I was at home. Host was easy to work with and was helpful checking in. Would stay at again.

Wonderful & Quiet Place to Call Home

We called this condo our home for 2 months! Ryan is a great host who communicates quickly and helps resolve any issues or questions that come up. Upstairs entrance/exit so be prepared to walk up stairs. Wonderful to have a garage to park in. It’s small, but works great for smaller vehicles. We never had trouble finding parking for our other vehicle either. Front & back patios are great for sitting outside and enjoying the weather! Location is very ideal - close to Old Town Scottsdale and not far from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. You can watch the planes fly in and out from the front balcony! It’s a QUIET neighborhood - the only noise was when the landscapers were using their leaf blowers some mornings. 3 rooms are great to have! The second bedroom has a bed closer to the floor and is ideal for little ones staying with you! Other two beds in master and third bedroom have large and tall bed frames (just watch out for the wooden corners that stick out and are at a great placement for injuring your shins if you walk into them during the middle of the night - ouch!). Would recommend bringing your own pillows to sleep more comfortably. House is well stocked with items you may need during your stay. Some pans in the kitchen are a bit older - would recommend bringing your own non-stick pans, if you really love to cook. Try Grimaldi’s Pizza in Old Town Scottsdale - it’s delicious! This place fit our needs for a short-term! Would rent again! Thank you!

Great location

I rented this condo for the month of November. It was perfect size for when my family of 5 came to visit. We even cooked Thanksgiving dinner at the condo. It has many cooking utensils and even a Ninja food processor. The location is good and you don't really need a car. There are walking paths close by. The stairs could be a bit daunting to some especially when carrying things. All in all we had a good time.

Wonderful location combined with fabulous owner

The property is well situated, well stocked and a fabulously responsive owner. He immediately dealt with any questions we had and checked in with us to make sure we did not have any questions. Lovely front balcony is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and sun!

great Scottsdale area vacation

Very comfortable and well-appointed condo. Close to Old Town with a plethora of restaurants and shopping areas. The owner, Ryan, was very accommodating and fast to get back to us. Convenient for hiking (Papago), pickleball (try G. R. Herberger Park) and golf. It's a day trip to Sedona. National parks are an overnight trip. We would recommend that cable tv be included.

Review

Location, location...location! The condo is in the Old Town area of Scottsdale, walking distance to restaurants, bars, art galleries. If you’re not a walker it’s minutes from all of this plus the library and several grocery stores. Ryan was a terrific host, contacting us during our 7 week stay just to check on us and see how everything was going. The condo itself has everything you would need, fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer, a real bonus! Another great addition is the security gated entrance, and a one car covered garage, a nice secure feeling.

Fantastic!

The community is in a fabulous location around the corner from Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale! It also was easy to get to the freeways to get to other areas. The condo itself is so comfortable and really well equipped. The neighbors were all really nice, the pool/spa area convenient and never really busy. As a single woman it was great to feel safe and secure from the minute I got there and Ryan was a terrific host! If heading to Scottsdale without hesitation I would highly recommend this rental as your first choice option! I can't wait to return =)

Great Experience

It was a very smooth transition into the rental property. Everything was as stated on the listing, the location was fabulous being in close proximity to Old Scottsdale , grocery store, restaurants, golf courses and highways, making our vacation very enjoyable. Excellent Accommodations

The condo is in quiet gated complex, with a deck overlooking the pool and bbq grills. The kitchen is adequately stocked to make your own meals, the bedrooms all have dressers and plenty of hangers in the closets. Beds are comfy. Best of all, the owners are very attentive and helpful should you need anything.

Great 3br Condo in Oldtown

This condo was so perfect. We had just sold our home and didn't have another lined up in time, and fortunately we found Ryan and Kim's place and it was available for an extended stay. The location is great, central with access to freeways and very close to several districts including ASU, downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale proper and the Sky Harbor airport. Also close by are many great dining options in Oldtown (really enjoyed this aspect), museums and shopping in Oldtown, and much of it within walking distance. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and was fully equipped with everything we needed. I've never seen a bigger pantry, you could easily fit a cot in there. There's a washer and dryer in the unit and two furnished patios as well. Having 3 bedrooms was a definite luxury as there was plenty of room for everyone, and the beds were nice and comfy. We spent a lot of time in the pool and spa and even used the gas grills a few times which was convenient. On top of everything else, Ryan and Kim are the best hosts you could hope for - good communication skills, flexible and just very nice people trying to make sure their guests have a great stay. Good job guys!

Very nice 3 bd 2 ba condo within walking distance of Old Town, restaurants and bars. Located right across from pool and bbq grills. We loved our 6 wks in this Condo. Ryan and Kim were always accessible and very helpful. Can’t wait to return.

Comfortable clean and convenient

Well laid out condo, with everything you need to be comfortable. Ryan and Kim were very responsive. We really enjoyed walking in to scottsdale as well as walking to baseball games. The condo is convenient to everything. The only reason why i did not give it 5 stars is because while the grounds are very nice, they are compact — no strolling on the grounds. A very minor thing.
