Welcome to our East Valley Gilbert Islands . This home is located on a Cul de Sac in a great convenient location. The community pool is located right next door. There is a green grassy area at the end of the street perfect for picnics and playing ball.

The paved walkway path leads you to the main entrance for the home featuring a screen door perfect for the fresh airy days/evenings. As you enter the home, you will notice the charm of this home with all the beautiful art on the walls, silver-painted fireplace, accent walls, vaulted ceilings, and all tiled flooring.
The living room has deep velvet couches perfect for sinking into. There is also a cozy recliner for additional seating and relaxation. The flat-screen TV with DVD player and Cable is to the right of the fireplace. The sheer window panels and French doors that lead to the backyard make this room light and airy.

To the left of the entrance is the dining room and kitchen. There is a beautiful oval-shaped dining room table that seats 8 by the bay window and a matching china cabinet for more storage. The kitchen is U shaped keeping it nice and open. Featuring white appliances, oak cabinets, window over the kitchen sink, and all that you will need in terms of dining ware.

The bedrooms are located down the hall. There is a bathroom that separates the 2 rooms. The bathroom has one sink with a shower/tub combo.
