Experience Phoenix like a local in this marvelous 5-bedroom farmhouse. With 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. This superb property is perfect for a large group. The farmhouse offers amenities such as an iron, AC, WiFi, hair dryer, washing machine, and heating. You'll also find 4 bathrooms with amenities like a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer. Fall in love with Phoenix and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Able to sleep 17 guests in beds and 21 on sofa beds and couches if needed :)

Outdoor noise is shut down at 9:30pm.

NO DJ'S ARE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY!!!
The biggest issues we've had are with people booking DJ's to help them celebrate. DJ's do not care about rules and treat the neighborhood like their Club.
They are not allowed on the property any more!
10 pm is city noise ordinance and must be respected. You can celebrate til the sun comes up, Just get everybody inside the house or off the property by 9:45 pm. My neighbors deserve to sleep

Weddings:
4 night stay for up to 20 people, wedding on property with up to 55 guests, cleaning fee and all the wedding supplies we have for guests to use is $3500.
$250 will be given back 24 hours after check out if house is cleaned to the best of your abilities and children and adults are respectful to the house.
Otherwise, I will refund deposit minus what is needed for cleaning and repairs.
Can easily set up a walk through with bride and groom to see property beforehand :)

Outside events are welcomed, but need to wrap up by 10 pm for noise ordinance rules. Neighbors have been cool and want to keep it that way.
Music outside WILL be shut down by 10 pm. I have had issues with big gatherings. There has been a huge lack of consideration for the neighbors peace.

We absolutely loved how spacious the home was — it was perfect for our whole family. We celebrated my son’s 30th birthday here, and it truly was the perfect place for such a special family gathering. What really stood out was how it felt like stepping into my childhood again, with all the board games and arcade games available. My kids gathered in the living room and spent hours playing together, just like old times. As an empty nester, getting to watch my now-grown kids laughing and playing together was incredibly special and something I’ll always cherish. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, which made everything seamless and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about his guests. The history of the home was amazing, and it’s located in such a wonderful neighborhood. This home gave us more than just a place to stay — it gave us beautiful family memories.

I was overwhelmed and tired of looking for a place to host my 45th birthday party with my friends and family, and them Christopher home pop up. I immediately send him a message of why I wanted to reserve his home and he was so kind in his response. Christopher providing me the information I needed to accommodate my birthday. He gives me extra supplies, left my family and I an extra snacks and drinks.Every time I was in doubt or had questions, he was on it.We had one little issues with the music because of the neighbors complaining, but it was result immediately. I would recommend his home to anyone who needs a place to have a family reunion gatherings or anything. I felt at home and I was happy that my birthday celebration went well. Thank you so much Christopher for everything

Amazing Memories Made Here

When we booked our stay, we had planned to use the site as a place for family and friends to stay for our son's wedding. As the wedding drew closer, plans changed, and Chris and his mom, Diane, were extremely kind and flexible. We ended up hosting the rehearsal dinner outdoors, and then a post-wedding brunch indoors due to the heat (May 2).This property had nearly everything we needed, except the tables and chairs for the rehearsal dinner (Party Rentals AZ helped with that). Every one of our guests that attended either one or both events commented on how much they enjoyed themselves. Even with all of the pressure of hosting, I waa able to relax and wnjoy myself, too. This property, and the owners, were such a blessing from God. The property is clean and well maintained, and the owners answered every message promptly and were so pleasant to work with! If I ever have a large group in Phoenix again, I will 100% book here.

⸻We had the most amazing stay at Chris’s place! From the moment we booked, his communication was incredibly fast and helpful, making everything smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—it truly felt like a home away from home.What made our experience even more special was the thoughtful gesture Chris made for my daughter’s birthday. He left a sweet gift for her and her friends, which absolutely made their day and created such a beautiful memory for us. Can’t wait to come back!!

The home was more than we could have hoped for and then some. My family and I came to town for some spring training baseball and were looking for a home with specific needs, and this was perfect. The host was so accommodating to any question I had (and it was quite a few) from pre to post trip. The location was great, and it was close to many places we were visiting including the zoo and some hiking trails. The home was very clean!! The pictures online were accurate but it didn’t show all the other details they make sure to provide. Every room was equipped with more than ample linens, toiletries and supplies if you forgot something. Plus closets with more on top of that!! We tried to find random things that wouldn’t be in normal rentals and it was ALWAYS found. The attention to detail is top notch! My family could not stop raving about how happy they were to be staying in such a beautiful place. When we come back we hope that this will be available again because we will definitely be staying!

Spring Training

We chose this property based on how many it can sleep (had a large head count) and its proximity to spring training complexes. We were all pretty impressed with how stocked the place was. Plenty of stores and restaurants around. Not one complaint from anybody in the group. There was never a need to contact the owner. Thank you Chris for sharing your home with us.

Definitely a wow property!

The house & grounds were fabulous for our extended family's stay. Plenty of room & activities for our group, ages 9- 74. The host was one of the best hosts we've had on any rental platform, and the house was stocked with everything we could think of. Wonderful Gathering Place!

For our family holiday, (Thanksmas), this was a great venue. We cooked many meals, played many games, had much fun, and made memories. The house is good for a large group to each have their own spaces. The kitchen is very well appointed. If you can't find a game to play, you aren't looking correctly.Homeowner Chris was as responsive, kind, generous, and helpful as anyone could hope for (though we didn't get a ride in the beautiful Buick 56).

So many small and thoughtful additions were added by are lovely hosts. A WONDERFUL stay!

We stayed at this house for Thanksgiving with our family of five and our pup. It was the perfect spot to spend a week with kiddos, a dog and family members able to pop in and pop out without feeling cramped. The house is wonderful, well spaced and filled with everything we needed (including lots of games and fun things for the kiddos to do) and the yard was huge with an amazing outdoor fire pit to enjoy the crisp Phoenix evenings!! Despite the cooler weather, my kids even jumped in the pool a time or two - more of a cold plunge than an pool party but they loved it. Chris was fantastic and communicated with us the whole time despite working that week - he was kind and informative. It was perfect for everyone and we ended up hosting Thanksgiving dinner there instead of at my Dads down the road because it was such an inviting and welcoming place. If you want a home that feels like home, book this spot. We will absolutely be back.

Great big house loaded with fun for all!

This was a trip with extended family from Grandpa down to a 1-year-old. We love each other very much but we also loved separate spaces. We played outside, inside & arcade games and had huge family meals at the table and calm amidst a crazy wedding weekend. Very well stocked too.
