First class experience

This was a hurried trip to collect our grandson from the airport. We we among other people who had to lodge for the night because of air travel problems. They were frustrated but the staff treated them with kindness and efficiency! It was nice to see such competent employees handle them with care. Great breakfast and then we were on our way!
