Perfect. Couldnt figure the tv. Called front desk and he sent someone up . I hung up the phone. And the man was here. Young guy,very helpful and polite. He told me that If I had any more issues with tv or password for my computer. Just let him know and he would help. Front desk man, he might have been the manager was very polite and helpful too. I stayed here before a intl flight. I live in Scottsdale,az.
