Absolutely FANTASTIC hotel!

Every time I fly through Phoenix, I go straight to this hotel, and now I send friends and clients there as well. The staff is just marvelous, and Bridget at the front desk gives the best customer service of almost any hotel in the world! The airplane noise is a bit loud but the beds are so comfortable, the pool and palm trees are gorgeous, and the food is delicious, so it makes up for it!

Comfy pillows and bed, spacious room but the toilet in the bathroom was way too short (and I'm only 5'1) and the toilet paper holder was really low to the floor as well. My husband had to use one of the public restrooms to find a more suitable height toilet.
