I booked through Orbitz for 10/18/25, but when I tried to upgrade my room it switched the date to 8/3, the same day! I immediately called the hotel they couldn’t help me. I called Orbitz and they are trying to get approval from the hotel for a refund. If I can’t get a refund then I’ll have to find a different hotel to stay at. Please consider my request. Definitely a must stay!

Allison at the front desk was so professional and friendly, and she helped us so much by making sure we were comfortable. We were in Phoenix for appointments at Mayo Clinic, and will be returning in a few weeks for surgery, and will definitely be staying here again. Ellen at Breakfast was great, too. She was friendly and efficient in keeping breakfast service running smoothly.
