No more bar, which we really enjoyed previous stays. That breakfast should be complimentary. Had to pay for parking, which is ridiculous at a Holiday Inn. Dog hair all over the carpet and we didn't have a dog. The hotel had a terrible sewage smell and there was never any coffee available downstairs. This place has gone downhill. The only positive was that the staff was friendly. Unfortunately we won't be back.

The room was clean, it was nice that it had a Keurig and refrigerator in the room and it was in a great location for the area that we spent our time while in Arizona. Our biggest complaint was that they charge $12 to park in their lot even though you are paying to stay in their hotel! It’s not like this is a destination resort, it doesn’t have fabulous amenities, there is no complementary breakfast.

The check in was easy. Staff was nice. The room was clean but there was a bad smell that I could smell from the hallways but it was worse in the room. Kind of smelt like old cigarettes. It wasn’t a smoking room. Do those even exist anymore? Anyway, breakfast option were really nice in the morning. Wish they didn’t charge for parking though.

Overall, a nice hotel. First issue is having to pay for parking. This is. Self-parking, uncovered and no security. So what are we paying for? In addition, this additional fee was not disclosed on the Expedia website so it comes as a surpr when you check in. Breakfast was below standard. "Thick-cut" bacon was paper-thin. Biscuits couldn't be cut with a fork, could barely be cut with a knife. No napkins available when I was there. When staff was asked about beverages, he stated that he had to pour it. But he never came by my table to ask what I wanted. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here before and will probably stay here again as it is close to the sports complex we have tournaments at. But I will plan on eating breakfast somewhere else.

Stayed in the 3rd floor suite for guests with disabilities. Room was clean but had dated furnishings and very poor ligjting, with one of the main two ceiling lights missing a second functional bulb. The bedroom has a wall switch that should control a ceiling light but none exists. So guest arriving at night will have to walk in the darkness to turn on the bedside lamp. Had to call maintenance to plunge the toilet because water evacuation was very weak.Very nice location next to a golf course. But the rooms just don't measure up to the surroundings.
