Room was HOT and Muggy in 108....Sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Tub was dirty. We put it on 70° and all it read was 75 breakfast wasnt worth the $19 bucks you have to pay! Definitely fidning a different property

Nothing fancy, but worked for our needs. It looks like the hotel is a little older but they are working on updating it. Our room was clean, however I was a little disappointed to see they don’t use mattress or pillow protectors. The pool and was clean but we didn’t use it as it smelled very strong of chemicals (we saw them adding stuff as we walked by). It’s off busy street so there is plenty of noise at night. Worked for our needs!

Room was listed as a Suite: bathroom was VeryVery small couldn’t even turn around in a complete circle in there so forget about getting drying off in the restroom. Towels were stained and looked dirty. The room was very bad out dated. The so-called balcony that you get with the room the door wouldn’t even properly open so we couldn’t even get some fresh air like we wanted especially in the mornings. The balcony area was very small looks like you couldn’t even get a chair out there to fit and enjoy some coffee if you wanted to. The coffee maker was filthy and had stagnant water sitting in there when we arrived. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY TO HAVE YOUR FAMILY STAY HERE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The walls are very thin so you can hear others in the room next to you. Honeless people walking around throughout the night/day. Looks like people actual live there and call this their home. Staff was good but the amenities and the room was very unacceptable.

The staff was okay, but the room condition was terrible. There were spiderwebs, stains on surfaces, and a strong unpleasant smell. Cleanliness is the most important thing in a hotel, and this place failed badly. Needs serious improvement.

We had quite the adventure on our way to pheonix. Traveled through a knarly snow storm we called the previous hotel we booked and let them know we would be extremely late and were told it would be no issue just call when you arrive and we will get you checked in no problem. Well we arrived at about 5 am to be told we missed the checkin time even though we called multiple times about our eta through the snow storm. We didnt have anywhere to go.. we found this hotel the holiday inn and suites walked in and right away we were greeted with a staff member Yari. She was fantastic! We were abled to book a room, and get checked in early which was great. The room was bigger than expected, clean, and everything we needed for the weekend. Yari went above and beyond for my family. THANK YOU!!
