Location: not very safe. Lots of undesirable people (homeless, drug users) Room: nail sticking out of the carpet area. refrigerator was missing a foot so it would lean. Shower water was not hot during one of the showers. AC was very noisy. Breakfast: very salty eggs, not refilled enough.

Nice clean hotel, close to the I-10 but not right on it where you would hear the traffic. It is about 7 to 8 blocks out of transitioning from old phx to industrial park and cleaner area, but nice enough to feel safe.

Having read the reviews after booking, i was pretty nervous. However, there was no need. The room and common areas were clean and safe and coming and going from the parking lot was fine. The bed was comfortable and id be fine recommending this location or staying there again.

when I first pulled up into the hotel, I can see that it was a crowd of homeless, and drug addicts. I rented a suite which was comfortable for three people. I take a trip to Arizona every year to spend time with My Daughter and her seven children for birthdays, anniversaries graduations so I always get a nice hotel this time. I decided to get a hotel that wasn’t too far from my daughter’s home. They have some very nice hotels in Arizona so I decided to give this one and to my disappointment, this hotel was not it. The tubs was dirty, and I was told that due to me having one guest in a three room suite that they would not accommodate for my guest, which was only one my daughter, so in order for me to get clean towels, I had to go to the front desk and ask for whatever room service I needed it I feel like this hotel micromanage you and they watch your every move me and my husband and my daughter really did not even spend time at the hotel. We would sleep there get up in the morning and we would leaving and would not come back until the late night. The view from the Room was unpleasant, I’m not going to say why. This hotel smelled old and not family friendly. It’s for people whom work out of town and come in and need a place to stay overnight. Don’t take your family here because this is not a family hotel. This is a truck drivers hotel and construction workers.

I went to throw trash away outside as there wasn’t a large enough trashcan in the room to get rid of food items that my daughter and I had picked up from a wonderful Italian restaurant and there’s a homeless man walking around, mumbling as I turn around from the trashcan right by me it felt very unsafe!!!!!!! I ran to the door and got my key out because to get back into the building. I had to use my key and it did not feel safe !
