Room was clean and bed comfortable. Appreciated a hot breakfast with enough space to accommodate a large crowd. It was frustrating to need our room key to reset several times. The safety rail in the elevator was not secured and ready to fall off. Still, the staff was nice and our stay was pleasant enough.

There were hairs in the sink and tub. The soap holder in the tub was only attached by the top line of caulking. The grab bars in the elevator were broken. The night staff did nothing to stop the people on the same floor as me from yelling in the hall and slamming doors till 1:30 in the morning. Over all a bad experience i would never recommend nor return.

Really enjoyed the hotel overall; nice breakfast, clean, centrally located, pleasant and efficient staff. One exception though, the problems we had using the room key cards at our room door, and at every outside door from the parking lot would definitely prevent me from staying here again. Spending five minutes or more to get in, and needing to have our key cards reset at least daily for the duration of our stay, is extremely frustrating, inconvenient and unfortunate. If the hotel chooses not to address this issue I can promise you that we would not stay here again.
